Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 cup chocolate protein powder

1/2 cup natural almond butter

3 tbsp pure maple syrup

2 tbsp ground flaxseed

1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips

1–2 tbsp plant-based milk, if needed

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine oats, cocoa, protein powder, and flaxseed.

2. Add almond butter and maple syrup. Mix until well combined.

3. Stir in chocolate chips.

4. If needed, add a splash of milk to help bind.

5. Scoop mixture and roll into balls.

6. Refrigerate for at least 25–30 minutes.

7. Store chilled for up to 1 week or freeze for longer.

Notes

You can replace almond butter with peanut or cashew butter.

Add chopped nuts or coconut for extra texture.

Use date paste instead of syrup for a fruitier flavor.
