Description

This chicken crust pizza recipe delivers a low-carb, high-protein alternative to traditional pizza. Ready in under 30 minutes and easy to customize!


Ingredients

1 lb ground chicken

1 large egg

½ cup shredded mozzarella

½ tsp dried herbs (basil or oregano)

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.

2. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, cheese, and seasonings.

3. Mix until sticky and well blended.

4. Press into a thin crust shape (¼ inch thick) on the lined tray.

5. Bake crust alone for 18 minutes.

6. Remove from oven, add desired toppings.

7. Return to oven and bake for 8–10 more minutes.

8. Let rest 2 minutes, then slice and serve.

Notes
