Description
Garlic Steak Tortellini is a creamy, one-skillet dinner with juicy steak bites, cheese tortellini, and a rich garlic butter sauce.
Ingredients
1 lb sirloin steak, cubed
1 package (9 oz) cheese tortellini
3 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup beef broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
1. Boil tortellini until al dente; drain and set aside.
2. Sear steak bites in butter for 2–3 minutes per side; set aside.
3. Add garlic to skillet and cook until fragrant.
4. Pour in cream and broth, stirring until smooth.
5. Add Parmesan and seasoning; simmer 2 minutes.
6. Combine tortellini and steak in sauce, toss to coat, and serve hot.
Notes
Use fresh tortellini for best texture.
Avoid overcooking steak to keep it tender.
Add red pepper flakes for a spicy twist.
