Description

A bright, refreshing Paloma cocktail recipe grapefruit juice made with simple ingredients like fresh citrus and sparkling water.

Ingredients

1 cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice (pink or white)

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1–2 teaspoons honey or agave (to taste)

1/2 cup sparkling water or club soda

Ice cubes

Optional: grapefruit or lime slices, fresh mint for garnish

Instructions

1. Add grapefruit juice and lime juice to a glass or small pitcher.

2. Stir in honey or agave until fully dissolved.

3. Fill your serving glass with ice cubes.

4. Pour the juice mixture over the ice.

5. Top with sparkling water and stir gently.

6. Garnish with citrus slices or fresh mint if desired.

Notes

Use pink grapefruit for a sweeter finish or white grapefruit for a sharper citrus bite.

Adjust sweetener to your taste or skip it for a tarter version.

For a party, scale the recipe up and mix the citrus base ahead of time.

Freeze leftover juice in ice cube trays for future drinks.
